I’m breastfeeding and my breasts are swelling… I’ve had a good diet and drink plenty of water and still am… this helps with prevention but not 100%, I know. So I want to use the Palmers Stretch Mark Cream to help out… again, not 100% effective, I know… but my question is: Is it safe to use while pregnant? I’m not putting it on or too close to my nipples. Any input?

Oh yes, that is safe! It is the best too. I love the cocoa butter, the smell is awesome! Yes you can use it. I did.
Anything that is safe in pregnancy is usually safe in nursing. Don’t put it on your nipples and I would use it right after nursing so it has time to penetrate off the skin before the baby nurses again.
Other than that, you might call and ask a pharmacist or your doctor but I think it is probably ok.
Ask your doctor before using it, personally I would not, but talk to your doctor and if they say ok then go for it.
Totally safe to use while pregnant. All you are doing is heavily moisturizing to keep skin supple so it can hopefully return to its normal shape and size. As far as on your breasts, you really don’t want to use anything on your nipples, when breastfeeding. If your nipples get cracked or sore you can use your breast milk to soothe or some over the counter cream that is safe should baby ingest any.
